Fireworks Scheduled at Dusk Today in New Baltimore
Despite gloomy weather in the forecast, event organizers said this afternoon the fireworks are still slated to take place at dusk.
Fireworks light up the night sky during the last Fishfly Festival in downtown New Baltimore overlooking Walter and Mary Burke Park on Anchor Bay.

It wouldn't be the Bay-Rama Fishfly Festival without a dazzling display of fireworks over Anchor Bay.
Despite a chance of showers in the forecast, event organizers said this afternoon the nighttime show at Burke Park is still on. Music in the park will accommodate the show while festival attendees can choose from rides of choice and carnival treats on Washington Street.
Bay-Rama organizers said any cancellation due to weather would be announced within a few hours of the show. If that's the case, the fireworks would take place Friday.
