New Baltimore Council Meetings Coming to Your Living Room
The city will air the meetings on channels 6 and 12 for Comcast customers.
New Baltimore residents with Comcast service will be able to watch council meetings from the comfort of their homes.
Clerk Marcia Shinska said Monday that the technology would be installed Tuesday at City Hall to allow meetings to be televised in July.
The meetings, which take place twice a month at 7 p.m. Mondays, are expected to air Tuesdays and Thursdays on channels 6 and 12 for Comcast customers in the city. No times have been set.
Anyone who wishes to see the meetings on DVD can contact the Clerk's Office to request a copy for an undetermined fee, Shinska said.
