New Baltimore Fashion Bug to Close
The store inside a 23 Mile plaza is among 40 Fashion Bugs shutting doors across Michigan.
New Baltimore will lose another business with the impending closure of retailer Fashion Bug.
The store next to the defunct VG's Grocery is planning to shut down in January.
It is currently offering major price reductions on merchandise to unload racks and shelves of inventory.
The existing Fashion Bug stores are going out of business after Ascena Retail Group, Inc. bought Charming Shoppes, Inc., which operated Lane Bryant and Catherine's Plus Sizes, for nearly $900 million last June.
