Construction Continues on Chesterfield Splash Park

The 16-fountain park is expected for completion in September.

Chesterfield Township's splash park is well underway.

Construction inside Brandenburg Park is taking place in anticipation of a September opening. Crews were working this week amid mounds of dirt and machines.

Supervisor Michael Lovelock has dubbed the attraction the "Cedar Point of Chesterfield" with 16-fountains expected. It will span 3,500 square feet, he said.
