Traffic Alert: Vechicle Fire on Westbound I-94
WWJ is reporting there is a vehicle fire on westbound I-94.
WWJ-AM 950 is reporting a vehicle fire in the right lane westbound I-94 at 23 Mile in Chesterfield Township.
The fire is causing heavy traffic on the 23 Mile bridge over I-94, and the ramp from Gratiot to I-94, according to the Patch traffic map.
Information about the fire was unavailable from Cheterfield Township Police.
Update: Patch reader Joe Zydel posted on Facebook about 5:10 p.m. " It's clearing now. Fire Department just left."
