DESCRIPTION:In November of 2011 CARE's lower level was flooded with 18 in
 ches of raw sewage causing $200\,000 worth of damage and losses. With in
 surance covering only 15% of costs\, CARE began to reach out to the comm
 unity for support in their restoration project. CARE's open house will b
 e held on September 26th\, 2012&nbsp\;where there is an opportunity for 
 the community and supporters to come and tour the newly renovated lower 
 level\, enjoy refreshments and service information\, participate in the 
 Chamber Ribbon Cutting\, as well as a Proclamation Presentation made by 
 the Macomb County Board of Commissioners in honor of CARE's 35th anniver
