 nd Detroit Zoological Society are holding their 19th annual spring &ldqu
 o\;Meet Your Best Friend at the Zoo\,&rdquo\; adoption event presented b
 y PetSmart Charities. The event will be outdoors under tents in the fron
 t parking lot from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. May 14-15 at the zoo.\nAttend and meet
  hundreds of adoptable dogs\, cats\, puppies and kittens. They'll be ava
 ilable for immediate adoption. There is no charge for admission or parki
 ng for this event.&nbsp\;Because puppies are often in high demand\, &ldq
 uo\;puppy passes&rdquo\; will be given each morning to the first 25 adop
 tion event guests who are specifically looking to adopt a puppy. Those w
 ith puppy passes will be allowed to enter the adoption tents at 9:45 a.m
 .
