The Ste Claire Voyageurs are a group of 1750 era French Fur Trade re-enactors whose primary goal is to entertain and educate visitors about the life and times of these early settlers. They will be camped on the banks of the Au Vase River at the Chesterfield Historical Village on Saturday, June 09,2012 from 10:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.and Sunday, June 10, from 10:00a.m to 4:00p.m.
There is a $ 1.00 an adult and $ 2.00 family entry donation requested.There will be Hot dogs, chips and pop available for a donation.
The Chesterfield Historical Village has a one room school, a log cabin,a cobblers/gift shop and a working blacksmith shop, which will also be open to visitors.
