ATTENTION SENIORS: Commissioner Kathy D. Vosburg is inviting residents in the Chesterfield area to a Macomb County Health Day from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at the Chesterfield Senior Center (47275 Sugarbush Rd., Chesterfield Township. There will be FREE health screenings, and more, including: free medication disposal, check-ups for blood pressure, glaucoma and blood sugar,as well as cancer screening, massage, stroke assessment and chiropractic screening. Flu and pneumonia shots will also be available (bring all Medicare insurance and ID cards). Medicare will be billed (except HAP). Non-Medicare flu shots will be $15 and pneumonia shots $20. A FREE boxed lunch will be given away to those 60 and older (until supplies last). Any questions can be directed to Commissioner Kathy D.
