Drinks: Drinks are given a large portion of the menu. A plethora of beers, including a few Michigan craft beers, are available.  The menu highlights popular drinks as well as signature cocktails. Rosie's signature Bloody Mary is $5.50 all the time.

Appetizers: Out of the entire appetizer section, two dishes jump out: Deep-fried McClure's Spicy Pickles and coal oven roasted spinach artichoke dip.  If you've never tried McClure's Pickles, you should. Locally made, they are a treat and Rosie's are only $5.99, a far cry from the $8 a jar you'd pay in the store.

Salads: Table-side preparation is usually reserved for high-end steakhouses, but Rosie's has two salads that are prepared before your eyes.  The Antipasto and Greek salads are tossed when they arrive to your table to ensure maximum freshness and even dressing distribution.

Coal Fired Pizza: Rosie's pizzas are baked in a coal oven that can reach up to 1,200 degrees. Dough and sauce are prepared in-house. There is a huge amount of toppings to choose from as well as specialty pies like the Buffalo Chicken Pizza.

Hot Dogs and Hamburgers: Specialty dogs of all kinds are available. Try the New Yorker with sauerkraut, mustard and onion spiked ketchup.  For as many hot dogs there are, there's a larger amount of burgers. Try Emily's Choice, a bleu cheese-stuffed burger cooked over mesquite with jack cheese, bacon and avocado.

Sandwiches: One thing you learn about Rosie's is, they're not afraid to try different combinations. For example, the Three Way combines a BLT with a grilled cheese and a fried egg sandwich.  Healthy? No, but a fascinating mix of flavors and textures.

Signature Dish: You would expect to find Irish cuisine at an Irish pub.  While there is not a large amount of Irish dishes, the Guinness-braised short ribs and shepherd's pie are good enough to not require any other Irish dishes.
