VIDEO: Kids Show Their Moves in Relay for Life Contest
Capt. Jack Sparrow left the Caribbean to appear at the American Cancer Society event in New Baltimore.
From the popular action series, "Pirates of the Caribbean," Capt. Jack Sparrow entertained the crowd Saturday afternoon at the Relay for Life of New Baltimore.
Kids of all ages entered the contest, which included a walk-like-the-pirate portion and dance-off, to try their shot at a $25 gift card to in Chesterfield.
As your Patch editor, I was on hand to shoot pictures and video, including that of this contest, at the event. As a member of the community, my family was there participating in the festivities. (I walked on the team.)

So, in the spirit of full disclosure, I should mention that it was my silly little son who won the contest. Congrats to all the talented and funny children and teens who brought laughter and joy to the event.
