Anchor Bay Show, Comedy Tour and More

Why Go: See the hard work of the Anchor Bay gang as they put together their spring play, "Hello Dolly."
Pricing: $5 for students/seniors/military and $8 for adults.

Why Go: The Extreme Comedy Tour makes its way to Guiliano's this weekend. Jason Cooper, who's been on Comedy Central, the Bob & Tom Radio Show and more, is the headliner. Dustin Michaels and Phil Dunham are the opening acts.
Pricing: $12 at the door.

Where/When: John R. Armstrong Performing Arts Center,  24600 Frederick Pankow Blvd., Clinton Township; Friday, April 29, 7 p.m.
Why Go: L’Anse Creuse High School-North’s bands are hosting a concert to help raise funds for students traveling to London, England, for the New Year’s Day parade, which the band has been invited to march in.

Why Go: It's the arena's annual ice show, this year bringing you to "Detroit Rock City."

Where/When: Lorenzo Cultural Center, 44575 Garfield, Clinton Township; Saturday, April 30, 7:30 p.m.
Why Go: Enjoy a night of nifty fifties fun, with the Lorenzo Center's Sock Hop. Enjoy dance contests, a game of "Name That Tune," costumed fun and hula hoop hijinks. Cash bar and refreshments will be available, too.

Where/When: , 36551 Main; Wednesday, May 4, 4-8 p.m.
Why Go: Relay for Life is holding a spaghetti dinner to benefit the American Cancer Society. Those who attend will enjoy spaghetti (with choice of marinara or meat sauce), tossed salad, rolls, hot and cold beverage, and dessert. There will also be a silent auction.
Pricing: $8 for adults, $4 for children ages 6-12. Children under age 5 and survivors eat free.
