Anchor Bay Wind Ensemble Send-Off Concert

The 2010-11 Anchor Bay High School Wind Ensemble has been chosen to perform at the annual Michigan Music Conference in Grand Rapids.

As a result, there will be a Wind Ensemble Send-Off concert in the Anchor Bay High School Auditorium. The students will be performing their Michigan Music Conference program with guest conductor Douglas Bianchi, Director of Bands from Wayne State University, and a brass quintet comprised of ABHS alumni Jon Carothers, Andrew Miller, Kari Caretti, Susan Rudnick and former Anchor Bay band director, Michael Sauer.

And of course, you're invited to follow the Ensemble to Grand Rapids for their Jan. 21 performance, at 2:15 pm at the DeVos Center for the Performing Arts.
