I went to this spa 2 days before my wedding and my skin had adverse reactions. When I called to talk to someone about it I received utterly awful customer service. I had wanted to return for services because I did enjoy my time there but after the treatment I got, I would not ever. I would like to stress that I explained my situation calmly and politely and by no means deserved the treatment I received from this place, Heather in particular.

I have had services at Heather's previous locations and can't wait to visit Face Appeal in New Baltimore. My past experiences with Heather and her staff were outstanding and I expect I will receive the same level of customer service at Face Appeal. I can honestly say that the facials that Heather has given me over the years are the best I have ever received. When I am back in the New Baltimore area, a visit to Face Appeal for some relaxation will be on my list of stops.

Ashley, thanks for your review. I’ve been looking for a place to go to since Platinum Skin Care left (turned into just a store front offering products), and one thing that’s absolutely imperative to me is great customer service. I’m not sure of your circumstances, but if your problem wasn’t resolved, that says a lot about their end. Even if you had been a monster or incredibly gracious and calm, if you weren’t happy, that should’ve been fixed!

I recently visited Face Appeal and had a very positive experience! From the moment I walked in the door, there was a wonderful aroma and beautiful décor! Victoria, at the front desk was very pleasant and informative about their skin care products. She even gave me a few samples as I waited for my appointment time. As for Heather, I was very pleased with the service I received and thought she was a very sweet and kind person. Overall, I would give Face Appeal a 5 star rating (ESPECIALLY on customer service). I would highly recommend Face Appeal but go and see for yourself!

Heather has done an outstanding job resolving my skin problems. I have also had a great massage there. Everyone has always been very pleasant and helpful. Face Appeal is a good addition to the downtown. I am very pleased with their services and will continue to support them.

I have had several facial treatments (one the 90 minute special which was FABULOUS) and a massage as Face Appeal - as a "seasoned" spa-goer I was pleasantly surprised with the high level of professional service as well as the quality of the products and services. Heather is a unique individual - she makes you feel comfortable and has a soothing quality about her - her facials are awesome! I will continue to be a customer no matter where she moves, but I hope she stays in New Baltimore - we really need more shops/services like this downtown!!

As someone who has extremely sensitive skin and no success with skin care products, I went to Heather to see what she could do for me. She introduced me to the Lindi products, and with their product guarantee I gave it a shot. My skin finally has a healthy feel and look to it! The change in my skin has been noticeable to family and friends!

Heather is a very rude person who is only in this business for the money...Not for the clients. :( How very sad.
