The people have spoken: Luigi’s has the best pasta in Macomb County and Grosse Pointe.
Luigi’s, located at 36691 Jefferson in Harrison Township, received 42 percent of the vote in the . Salvatore Scallopini was second with 38 percent, and Da Francesco was third with 19 percent.
Voting took place from Wednesday morning until Friday at 5 p.m.
