GuerrillaZen Fitness Comes to Chesterfield

Owner Blake Bowman, Chesterfield Twp. Clerk Linda Hartman and County Commissioner Kathy Vosburg participated in the official ribbon cutting and grand opening. Also on hand to welcome Blake and GuerrilaZen were friends, Anchor Bay Chamber Ambassadors and Sterling Heights Regional Chamber’s Ambassador Coordinator Linda Colton. GuerrillaZen provides "traditional fitness services such as personal training, group fitness classes, and nutritional counseling. They also offer cutting-edge programs like posture correction using state-of-the-art analysis software, and corrective exercise protocols geared towards preventing injury and optimizing performance”. Bowman, is a Wayne State graduate as well as a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist with over four years experience training tri-athletes, rowers, soccer players, wrestlers, office workers, and people post or pre-surgery. His personal experience as an athlete dealing with injuries totally transformed his view of fitness. He focuses on delivering concrete results, while protecting the body.
