Pictures are important in the real estate business. Most home searches begin online now, and the person searching is making decisions on whether he wants to buy your home based on the initial pictures that are available online. The pictures of your home should be perfect! They should be accurate, and they should encourage the person looking to say, I want to see this house!
Having said that, why is it that the pictures in the MLS (multiple listing service) are so often bad? Is it laziness? Is it ignorance? Or is it just an overall inability to do a good job? It's probably all those plus a million other reasons. When I list a home, I want to make sure that the pictures show the potential buyer what the home offers. I also want to show the sellers that I care about their home, and I want to protect what is usually the biggest investment of their lives. Bottom line it’s extremely important.
I would never intentionally drag an agent’s name through the mud. So all names and faces have been changed to protect the guilty party LOL! I will poke a bit of fun because its Friday! Have a great weekend and GO BLUE!!!!
