Community Update

This use to be a top notch machine shop. Now ron is a scammer. Called got prices before I went to him.dropped motor off was supposed to take a month $1900 in labor + cam lifters valve springs and bearings.payed ron 3200 up front discussed having him mock up motorprice went up $650 6 weeks later go into drop off intake first words out of rons mouth. Im ready for more money but he still didnt get much done he hot tanked block with oil gallery plugs in it real professional work resized big end of rods but wasnt going to tell me about the small end bushings being out of spec. I pulled motor out of this hacks shop he made my bill come out to u guessed it $3200 went to a real machine shop had them do the same work me and ronald discussed price $1900 ron was telling $6750 and that did not include the mock up we discussed I would not take anything to him but if u do I would get in writing totals and work the scammer is going to do and would not give him a penny until he acutely got something done he wil screw u every chance he gets there are far to many real machine shops out here we are the motor city but if u ask ron hes the only one the guys a joke do urself a favor and go to a professional right from the start
