Family Connection - For Families Experiencing any type of Stress

CARE of Southeastern Michigan is proud to announce a new and exciting program, Family Connection. The goal of this program is to provide children and families living under stressful conditions, the skills and support they need to overcome adversity, stay in school, and stay free of drugs, violence and crime.

 

CARE’ Family Connection is being held the third Tuesday of the month, from 6:00-8:00 p.m.  starting October 15 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 18430 Utica Road, Roseville, MI 48066.

Through FUN, art, craft, and PLAY, Family Connection teaches children and teens coping skills, feeling identification, conflict resolution, effective management of peer pressure, and other life skill building. Parent/Caregivers will learn healthy ways to balance life stressors.
