Detective Sgt. Deron Myers said at the time he was a person of interest in a home invasion at an undisclosed time in May in the Gratiot and Hickey area. He was captured on a surveillance image at a nearby retail outlet in the community. Police said he may have been in possession of stolen items from the home at the time. It is possible he was driving a small white car.

No further details were released.
