Nick was such a nice man. Always took time to chat with his customers. Once when I was dining there with my dad, we ordered frog legs. We weren't aware that they were sauteed in garlic -- which neither of us like. Nick took our plates, and made us a new batch -- this time, he deep fried them in his fish batter. Deeelicious. He just wanted his customers to be happy! Condolences to his family. What a tragedy!
