Motorcyclist Zooming 100 mph on 23 Mile Admits Driving 'A Little Fast'

The following information was supplied by Chesterfield Township police. If arrest information applies, it does not convictions.

A 23-year-old New Baltimore man was caught driving his motorcycle down 23 Mile at approximately 100 m.p.h., police said this month.

Around 1 a.m. Aug. 18, the motorcyclist headed toward Seaden when police attempted to stop him. The police car eventually caught up to the bike and pulled over the driver who then admitted he was "driving a little fast," according to a report.

The motorcycle was impounded and the driver was taken to the police station, where he was booked and released for traffic violations, police said.
