Mark Your Calendar: Upcoming Library Events in Chesterfield

Wondering what's happening at the Chesterfield Township Library this month? We've got your round-up of all of the fun to come.

Each month, the hosts a variety events for patrons of all ages, and May is no exception.

"Your Retirement: Boom or Bust?”: May 15 at 6 p.m

  • This money-managing program will help provide direction on how to get control over your retirement assets. By exploring the two main themes of how to differentiate between your assumptions about the future and reality, and how to apply an adaptive investment strategy that takes into account various market trends, the 90-minute session will steer you in the right direction.

"Bee Amazed by Honey Bees”: May 19 at 2 p.m. 

  • Beekeeper Don Snoeyink will present an entertaining look at the lives of honey bees, including how they make honey. Participants also have the chance to taste fresh honey and make a beeswax candle. 

One for the Money: May 23 at 6 p.m. 

  • A special movie presentation of One for the Money, based on the best-selling book of the same name by author Janet Evanovich, will be accompanied by popcorn and refreshments.

At each events, drop-ins are welcome but registration is appreciated.
