Before the bell rings in early September, make sure your homework is done on what school supplies your child needs to be at the head of the class.

Kindergarten

Meet-and-greet night, 6:30-7:30 p.m., presentation is 6:45-7 p.m.  Aug. 31

  • 3 packs of 24 crayons
  • 10 or more large glue sticks
  • 1 large backpack without wheels
  • 1 box of Kleenex
  • 2 packs of dry erase markers
  • 2 canisters of Clorox or Lysol Brand wipes
  • 1 pack washable Crayola markers (female students only)
  •  Hand sanitizer (male students only)
  • 1 box snack size baggies

Donations of snack- and sandwich-size Ziploc bags, paper plates, plastic silverware, and napkins for activities and projects. If you would like to donate any of those items in addition to the above it would be greatly appreciated.

First-grade

Meet-and-greet night, 5:30-6:30 p.m., presentation 5:45-6 p.m., Sept. 2

  • 2 packs of 24 crayons
  • 2 dozen yellow #2 pencils, sharpened
  • 6 large glue sticks
  • 1 pack pencil top erasers (male students)
  • 1 pair scissors w/name on them
  • 1 large box of Kleenex
  • 2 clean socks
  • 1 bottle of Purell Hand Sanitizer (male students)
  • 1 pack washable markers (female students)
  • 1 box zipper plastic bags (1 or 2 gallon size)
  • 1 box zipper sandwich bags (female students)
  • 1 canister of wipes (Clorox or Lysol Disinfecting Wipes only)
  • Scholastic News Money ($3.00) – will be sharing
  • 1 pocket folder – any design
  • 2 highlighters – any color
  • 4 black dry erase markers
  • 2 red ink pens

Second-grade

Meet-and-greet 5-6 p.m., presentation 5:15-5:30 p.m. Sept. 1  

  • 1 large flat zipper pencil case or a small plastic box
  • 1 pair of scissors
  • 1 box of crayons (24 count or smaller)
  • 12 glue sticks
  • One 1-½ inch three ring binder
  • 1 box of Kleenex (if last name begins with A-M)
  • 1 jar of Purell (only) hand sanitizer (last name begins with N-Z)
  • 1 Clorox or Lysol (only) disinfecting wipes
  • 1 box sandwich sized baggies
  • 1 clean sock (to use as an eraser)
  • 2 boxes of sharpened pencils
  • 2 red pens for checking
  • Scholastic News Money: $5
  • Each child should also have a backpack to carry to and from school.

Please have these items labeled with your child’s name:

  • 1 large flat zipper pencil case or plastic box

Third-grade

Meet-and-greet night, 5-6 p.m., presentation 5:15-5:30 p.m., Sept. 2

  • Colored pen(s) to check work
  • 4 glue sticks
  • 1 box of 12 or more sharpened #2 pencils (No mechanical pencils)
  • 1 packages of pencil top erasers
  • Fiskar scissors
  • 16-24 count of crayons and/or colored pencils
  • 12 inch ruler with centimeters
  • 5 paper folders with pockets (1 red, 1 blue, 1 green, 1 yellow, 1 purple) Please no plastic folders.
  • 3 spiral notebooks – one subject-wide ruled (1 red, 1 blue, 1 green)
  • Highlighters-Multi-colored 4 pack
  • 4 dry erase markers (multi-colored)
  •  2 boxes of Kleenexs
  •  Rectangular pencil box (regular size)
  • 1 clean sock to use as a white board eraser
  • 1 container of Clorox or Lysol disinfecting wipes
  • If your last name starts with A-K please send in 1 box of sandwich size Ziploc bags.
  • If your last name starts with L-Z please send in 1 box of gallon size Ziploc Bags.

Please DO NOT bring a Trapper Keeper and be sure to label your items with your name.

Fourth-grade

Meet-and-greet 5:30-6:30 p.m., presentation 5:45-6 p.m. Sept. 1

  • Wooden or hard plastic ruler: centimeter and inch scale (should have ¼ inch marks). No flexible or folding rulers.
  • Scissors: labeled with name
  • Clear plastic protractor (no attachment arms)
  • Colored pencils
  • Crayons
  • Glue sticks (5 each student)
  • Two pens or fine line markers in any color, but black for checking papers
  • 2 boxes of Kleenex (Box Top Item)
  • 3 spiral Notebooks
  • 12 No. 2 Pencils (No Mechanical Pencils)
  • Pink pearl eraser or eraser caps
  • Small pencil box or bag
  • 2 highlighters (various colors)
  • Dry eraser marker
  • Dry eraser or old clean cotton sock to use an eraser
  • 1 container of Clorox or Lysol disinfecting wipes
  • 1 box of Ziploc brand of baggies (Box Top item)
  • $5 for “Time for Kids”
  • (Last names A-L bring sandwich size/Last names M-Z bring gallon size)
  • 5 folders with pockets (usually 10 cents on sale): green, purple, yellow, blue, red

Fifth-grade

Meet-and-greet 6:30-7:30 p.m., presentation 6:45-7 p.m. Sept. 2 

  • Ruler: centimeter and inch scales
  • Scissors
  • Colored pencils, and/or markers, and/or crayons
  • Two–three ring, one-inch poly binders (plastic cover, bendable kind)
  • Two highlighters
  • Three 70 sheet, wide ruled, subject notebooks
  • Two pens or fine line markers in child’s favorite color for checking papers.
  • Kleenex – 2 boxes
  • Extra #2 pencils
  • Clorox or Lysol brand wipes only
  • Ziploc gallon Storage Bag
  • Napkins
  • Dry Erase Markers
  • Glue Sticks
  • Five-tab subject dividers
  • Clean sock to use as a white board eraser
