Youth Basketball Leagues (Gr.1-6)

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:  October 12 or until filled

$68 Resident / $73 Non-resident

Practices and games are played at local school gymnasiums and/or the Chesterfield Township Youth Center.  Leagues are open to children in grades: 1-6.

It's a perfect recreational league to keep boys and girls active during the winter months!  Dribbling, passing and shooting skills are developed through instruction by a coaching staff or parent volunteers.  Players are taught the basic rules and regulations of basketball with the importance of good sportsmanship being stressed.

Practices and games take place on weekday evenings during the months of December, January, February, and March.  Days and start times will vary weekly, but will not begin before 6:15PM.  Schedules will not be available until late November. 

Players receive mesh basketball shorts and coordinating sleeveless, mesh jerseys.

Volunteer coaches are needed to coach and should sign-up at registration.  Parent volunteers are vital to the existence of this league.
