Well we have stayed in these Townhouses for over 3 years and it looks nice but when you move in is when all the negative things actually come out for you too see. As i said yes they are nice, but there are alot of unruly kids around here, deep pot holes all over parking lot, and bad management! So bad they have new manangement now they are even worse! There is no storage at all. FYI on July 29th 2011, over 10 tenants got eviction notices over some quit disturbing things. Quiet enjoyment, guest loitering, and about the guess they have around. So yeah i'll be moving because if your not allowed to sit on your front porch, and you take a chance of getting evicted because of this. Are these really want you wanna call home? How can a place not allow you to sit on your front porch or if you do they call it loitering! Yes time to move!!!!! ........Just for the record no verbal warningS were made to anyone i knew who got one either, just a 30 day notice to move. SMH!!!!!
