My husband & I checked in for 3 nights. The first night, my husband cleaned mold out of the coffee pot. The second night, we got back from visiting my sister, there had been no maid service, no clean towels, nothing. The next morning, we complained & she said that the maid was sick. She didn't offer a refund or anything. Needless to say, we didn't stay the third night, we checked out.

I would not stay at Chesterfield Motor Inn if it was 1 year free!!! Drug traffic in and out of there. No cable ! No phones. I had a man who lived above me started stalking me in a short time. I reported him to the office they said we cant do anything as he walked in my room when i was alone and scared as a young woman. T.V. remote never worked and they would not replace that. The fan in room didnt work as well. Lots of people walking around there all hours day or night. They force you to have maid service even if you are by weekly. I have had things come up missing. The place is a dive. The maids are rude the lady at the front office treats all guests as if because your staying at her dive you are not worthy of respect. She owns the place. No manners what so ever. Prices are reasonable if you want their long term tenants knocking on your door begging for things.
