I would recommend going to Flex Physical Therapy to everyone. I have had to have physical therapy in the the past and this place is the best place I have ever been to in 41 years. Within 3 days I was no longer taking pain medication to sleep at night and that was a relief. You use your own doctors to get recommened here and the people you work with at Flex Physical Therapy are very understanding and you listen to you and you can understand them. I will return to this place if I ever need physical therapy again and will and have referred my friends to them and told Doctors about them. My hat is off to all of the workers at Flex Physical Therapy please keep up the good work.

Hi I am Darcy the office manager at Flex Physical Therapy. I take reviews and comments seriously; We have never seen a patient by the name of John Bouewerew. I am very upset, making false comments on a business is no joke! Also all copays which are between employer and insurance companies are made aware to patients before any appointments are scheduled. All of our thearpists speak english. And we would never charge you or your insurance company for things that were not done, It is against the law! We have great ratings with Better Business Breau, Blue Cross, Medicare and many more. Please feel free to contact me with any questions and concerns.
Recommend never going here not even for someone on there death bed.. There Main Drs are from another country and you cannot understand a word they are saying. I was told it would be about 30 dollars each visit with insurance, After i was done i got a huge bill and it didnt even work.. They charge you for things that you didnt even do each visit. Not Sure what this gentlemen John Bouwerer was talking about but this clinic is by far the best I have seen. I had rehab in several other clinics only to come back with the same pain and discomfort. After 3 months I decided to try another Physical Therapy place. Flex therapy took there time to evaluate my problem, gave me realistic goals, a plan and what to expect when I am all done. I feel better now then I did in the last 3 years. Oh, John Bouwerer dont forget to take your medication this morning.
