How exciting is this? I have attended these in the past and what a great way for us to show off ourRead More community. Congratulations to those responsible for bringing this event back and looking forward to it. I may not be a lawyer, nor interested in becoming one, but it sure sounds like some sort of law is being broken for a government agency to accept donations for a cause all while that same department is adamant in dissolving this unit. No different than having a donation bowl displayed at the cash registers at every store around Chesterfield seeking donations for this cause as the residents are more than willing to drop loose change into it. The real question just may be, What are the true intentions of Chesterfield for the monies being raised? I would imagine there is some drooling involved and it’s not coming from a dog. If Chesterfield is out of the K-9 business give all the proceeds should go to the sheriff’s office K-9 unit thus bringing truth to the advertised plea. If this does not happen than who will be in charge of the donation once it is handed over to the police department.

Thanks for your coverage of the Plunge. The woman who went in twice was my sister, and if you hadn'tRead More covered it, I would have missed it out here in California.
