Why Go: Teens, sign up for an evening of fun at the library, with a showing of "Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure," with popcorn, naturally. Pricing: Free. SUMMER CONCERTS Where/When: Brandenburg Park, 7 p.m. July 19. Why Go: Enjoy a concert by the water at Brandenburg Park. Tonight's act is "Elvis." Be sure to pack lawn chairs, blankets, snacks and bug repellent. Concessions will be available, too. Pricing: $3 per car.
