Parolee Faces Charges for Chesterfield Township Gas Station Robbery
A 37-year-old Westland man is accused of holding up the Speedway on 21 Mile on Nov. 25 at gunpoint in Chesterfield Township.
Chesterfield Township police said Thursday they arrested a man believed to be responsible for a late November gas station robbery. Township police say arrest warrants have been issued for Shaun Fielhauer, 37 of Westland, for armed robbery, felony firearm and possession of firearm by a felon. If convicted, Fielhauer faces up to life imprisonment. The charges pertain to a Nov. 25 armed robbery at Speedway gas station on 21 Mile near Interstate 94. Chesterfield Township police released a surveillance image from the crime to the media in hopes someone would identify the thief.
