Andrea Zarczynski, Neighbor

As a member of the Society of Professional Journalists, Andrea grew up reading several newspapers and magazines on a daily basis. Today the <i>New York Times</i>, <i>Women&#39;s Wear Daily</i> and <i>Vanity Fair </i>are among her favorite titles. She has written on almost every topic, from politics and business to fashion and health.

A journalism graduate of Oakland University, she has worked as a writer and managing editor for both local and national publications in major cities from New York to Los Angeles over the past 10 years. Andrea&#39;s work has appeared in the <i>Detroit Free Press</i>, <i>The Oakland Press</i>, <i>Women&#39;s Wear Daily</i>, <i>Inside Weddings</i>, <i>Hour Detroit</i> with its smaller publications and both <i>The Malibu Times Newspaper </i>and <i>The Malibu Times Magazine</i>.

She is also a member of the Association for Women in Communications who recently began contributing to <i>Ambassador Magazine</i>. Having covered local news as a reporter for the Birmingham Bloomfield Eagle newspaper, Andrea is excited to explore a local Patch community.
