Rebecca Wyatt Thomas, Neighbor

I got my start in journalism after joining the student-run newspaper at Oakland University, my alma mater. I graduated in 2003 and since them, I have worked as a web writer for educational institutions. In addition, I have worked as a freelance writer for several local publications.

When I'm not working or freelancing, I enjoy hanging out with my husband and two daughters. I spend my time reading, writing, camping and working in our yard.
