Beef jerky buffs can find a meaty emporium.
American Pride offers a wide variety of gluten-free beef jerky made in Michigan. Chesterfield Township owners and father-daughter team Carmen Marchetti and Tom Dicarlo opened the store in early July. This is their first store after spending time distributing jerky to other locations, like local gas stations.
The business is at 35211 23 Mile. Hours are 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday.
