Macomb Sheriff Asks Public to Help Identify Body Found in Washington Twp.

The victim is described as a white female, between 25 and 35 years old, weighing around 120 pounds and standing approximately 5-feet 2-inches tall, according to the Macomb County Sheriff's Office.

The Macomb County sheriff is asking for the public's help in identifying the body of a white female found Sunday in Washington Township.

The body was discovered at approximately 8:20 a.m. in the parking lot of the Washington Trailer Park. A driver traveling in the area of Van Dyke south of 28 Mile came across the body and called police, according to the sheriff's office. 

The victim is described as a white female, between 25 and 35 years old, weighing around 120 pounds and standing approximately 5-feet 2-inches tall.

Police say the woman was dressed in blue jeans, a tan shirt, brown leather jacket and white scarf, with a ring on both of her ring fingers.

Detectives have not determined a cause of death, but say it is possible the victim may have been struck by a vehicle, according to the sheriff's office.

Anyone with information regarding the identity of the victim or any suspicious activity in the Van Dyke and 28 Mile area over the past 12 hours is asked to contact the Sheriff’s Office at 586-469-5151.
